American Journal December 2, 2012

Our national malady is that plain factual truth bores most Americans. Many ideologies cannot withstand the light of truth. Communism is just one. It is a dangerous one.

We have become a reality television society. If there was a news source that provided just the facts and the news, most would neither watch it, listen to it, nor read it. The news has to entertain us more than inform us. Like reality television, it has to provoke emotion. It has to sensationalize. To perpetuate an ideology, it must elevate manufactured problems into crises. Real crises then are downplayed or outright ignored to protect the guilty or preserve the ideological direction. Benghazi? Did something happen in Benghazi? It must make the fiscal cliff more dangerous than the communists who brought us to its edge. It has to provide some one or some group on which blame can be laid for what ails us – even for what ails us personally. So we migrate to the information source that fits well with our personal ideology, no matter what is true, and meets our personal and now national need to place blame rather than solve problems. Then we pound one another into the ground and the media is the weapon of choice. The new American way?

This is why the communists invent straw men villains – the evil 1%, racists, homophobes, sexists, etc. – and then go to war defending willing victims from the straw men hoards. How can we possibly stand by why evil people take free condoms away from Sandra Fluke? The invented victims of the straw men happily, yet blindly follow their communist saviors. Saviors who are leading them to a place much hotter than the utopia sold them. The invented victims never take responsibility for their predicament. It was the evil 1% that impregnated them, left them unwed, uneducated, and living on public assistance. The mythical evil 1% built their wealth on the backs of the manufactured victims who never worked a single day, paid a penny in taxes, produced anything of value or otherwise made any contribution to our country. How does that work? Amazingly, it is the communist fraction of Americans, the real evil 1% that is doing the damage to our country – well their country now – and absolutely destroying the part of this country they most claim to defend. The once strong and self-reliant American middle class. This is the dangerously psychotic thinking that is in charge of America today. It is evil on steroids. It cannot be defeated in Washington. Washington built it. The mainstream American media is its buttress. It must be challenged and defeated by the man in the mirror.

“He is a Communist without question promoting the Communist Manifesto without calling it so. How shrewd he is in America. His cult of personality mesmerizes those who cannot go beyond their ignorance. They will continue to follow him like those fools who still praise Lenin and Stalin in Russia. Obama’s fools and Stalin’s fools share the same drink of illusion.” – Pravda – the former voice of the Communist Party in the Soviet Union

Go read the article. It is a warning cry to closed American eyes and ears from the mouths of the people who endured Communists and the horrors of Communism. We used to laugh at what appeared in Pravda because it was communist propaganda and we knew it was. We were not informed enough to question our own media. Under our watch, the American media has done more damage to freedom than any other element of our society. Not through their exercise of free speech or the free press, but through their choice and willingness to spread liberal-progressive-communist propaganda that has over many years saturated the gullible American mind and brought us to the point of ending the last free place on earth.

With a true honest and free American press, the communists running our country would instead be fast and furiously running for the borders.

  1. JD – Our Constitutional Right of Revolution.

Not sure if you are familiar with the monthly Imprimis publication from Hillsdale College. They produce many thought provoking essays. While this month’s article is focused on the proper establishment of constitutional rights across racial boundaries, there is a very interesting paragraph which references the people’s right of revolution, a right that should not be ignored given recognition of the reality that our government is trampling on increasing numbers of our rights and liberties in so many arenas. The 2nd paragraph is relevant
to our “right of revolution”. Link to the full article is at the bottom. Any comment you have would be appreciated.

“The Constitution states that “We the people . . . do ordain and establish . . . this Constitution,” not that the Constitution creates the people. The people were created by the Declaration of Independence, which mentions the people both in their political capacity—“one people”—and in their moral capacity—a “good people.” Once the people are established, Madison says, a second contract is necessary, this time between the people in its political capacity and the government. By this second contract, the people consent to be governed under the forms of the Constitution and those who occupy the constitutional offices of government pledge to use their powers exclusively to “promote the general welfare” and “secure the blessings of liberty” to the people.

However, should the government act in a settled way to disfranchise the people of their rights, the people always reserve the right to alter or abolish the government in order to secure new forms that are better calculated to promote their “safety and happiness.” This is what has come to be known as the right of revolution, a necessary attribute of the people’s sovereignty which serves as the ultimate guarantee of every other right. The right to alter or abolish government is the only obligation mentioned in the Declaration because it is the ultimate expression of the people’s sovereignty.”

Been meaning to subscribe to that publication for a long time. It will not surprise me when our right to revolution manifests itself in massive civil disobedience. American Spring?
